Humidity Defying Hair Butter with Shea is excellent for moisturizing dry, brittle, thinning, or damaged hair.
Why We Love It
Our lightweight hair butter absorbs easily into your hair follicles, leaving no product build-up, and stimulating your scalp, providing the moisture your hair needs with a powerful concentration of natural vitamins and fatty acids in this blend of Illipe and Cupuacu Butters!
MC Naturals has developed two climate-driven hair butters because hair responds differently in dry and humid climates.
MC Naturals Recommendation
- Humid, like Atlanta or Florida summertime? Use with shea to seal in moisture and lock out humidity.
- Dry, like Midwest winters or spring in Arizona? Opt for the shea-free butter.
How to Use
Use daily or as needed. Depends on your styling option.
Twist Outs, Braid Outs: Start with wet hair. Section hair and apply a dab of butter from root to tip. Twist or braid. For extra hold and curl definition, mix with MC Naturals Aloe Vera Hair Gel. Allow to dry thoroughly, untwist or unbraid, and style as desired. To achieve more of an afro look, untwist or unbraid while hair is still slightly damp.
Wash N Go: Start with wet hair. Rub hair butter in hands to melt and apply throughout your entire head. For extra hydration, use MC Naturals Moisture Balance Conditioner as a leave-in before adding hair butter. Style as desired. If a more defined curl is desired use MC Naturals Aloe Vera Hair Gel to complete the look…Make sure hair remains wet while applying products.
Moisturizer: Part hair and massage into scalp. Butter will absorb quickly.
For all styles, a little goes a long way, so don't waste product. Start light and build from there.
